Server Rules

We've put together these rules to help you understand what’s expected and to make your roleplay experience more immersive and enjoyable.

General Rules

  • Players must be 18 or over to join the server.
  • You must have a working microphone.
  • Players are required to change their Discord nicknames to their character name(s).
  • Use of outside Discord servers, private voice chats, or third-party voice communication while on FiveM is prohibited for in-character communication. Please mute external channels and roleplay within the city.
  • Do not direct message staff for support or questions. Open a support ticket so the entire team can assist you. If you are in-game, use /report to contact staff.
  • All bugs must be reported in #bugs. Attempting to exploit bugs will result in a permanent ban.
  • Abusing game mechanics or using exploits is strictly prohibited and will result in a permanent ban. Report any found exploits to the developers.
  • You are not allowed to move assets, money, or items between your characters. This includes any form of transferring value or information.
  • Frequent rule breaking or toxic behaviour will result in disciplinary action or bans. Be respectful, don’t troll or harass others, and contribute positively to the community.
  • Harassment, racism, sexism, trolling, hateful speech, or “must-win” attitudes will not be tolerated. This includes any variation of the “N” and “R” words. Respect everyone and help maintain a positive gaming space.
  • Be considerate of others’ roleplay. Strive to create enjoyable scenarios for all involved. Play to enhance everyone’s experience.
  • Do not attempt to find loopholes or skirt rules. Staff have discretion to determine intent and issue punishments accordingly.
  • If a rule is broken, do not break character. Finish the scene and open a player report afterward. If it’s urgent, continue the roleplay and use /report.

Roleplay Rules

  1. Metagaming
Do not use out-of-character information (from Discord, Twitch, etc.) in roleplay. If your character doesn't know it, don't act on it.

  2. Powergaming
Do not force actions on others or use unrealistic methods to gain an advantage. Respect the limitations of your character.

  3. Random Deathmatch (RDM)
Killing another player without a valid in-character reason or proper roleplay build-up is not allowed.

  4. Vehicle Deathmatch (VDM)
Do not intentionally hit or kill players with a vehicle without valid roleplay reasoning.

  5. Breaking Character
Always stay in character. Avoid behaviour that ruins immersion or breaks roleplay.

  6. Fail Roleplay
Act realistically in all situations and follow logical in-character decisions based on context.

  7. No Value Roleplay (NVR)
Value your character's life. Do not put yourself in unreasonable danger without logical justification.

  8. Combat Logging
Do not log out to escape roleplay, combat, or consequences.

  9. GTA Driving
Do not drive unrealistically. Follow traffic laws and behave like a real person behind the wheel.

  10. Voice Identification
Do not identify or recognise players purely by their voice unless your character would reasonably know them.

  11. Force Roleplay
Do not force roleplay on others without giving them a chance to respond or opt out properly.

  12. Roleplay Initiation
Initiate roleplay clearly. Allow the other party time to react and roleplay back.

  13. Baiting
Do not provoke players just to start conflict or force reactions.

  14. New Life Rule (NLR)
If you die and respawn, forget everything leading up to your death. Do not return to the scene or act on prior knowledge.

  15. Body Dumping
Do not dump bodies without proper roleplay or in unrealistic places.

  16. Disruption
Avoid behaviour that ruins ongoing scenes or disrupts the flow of roleplay.

  17. Erotic Roleplay
Sexual or explicit roleplay is strictly prohibited.

  18. Injuries
You must roleplay your injuries realistically. Do not ignore or downplay them.

  19. Loitering and Camping
Do not hang around one location aimlessly or repeat unrealistic actions for long periods.

  20. Hostages
When taking hostages, follow these rules:
    • Hostages must not be willing participants; both parties are responsible if staged.
    • No hostages can be taken from Green Zones.
    • You may take police officers hostage only if 4+ are on duty and for a valid RP story.
    • There is no set time limit but keep it reasonable and within roleplay norms.
    • Provide food, water, and medical help to hostages if needed.
    • NHS staff cannot be taken hostage under any circumstances.
    NPC Hostages:
    • Only allowed during store robberies where the NPC is visibly present.

  21. Scamming
Do not deceive players to steal their money, items, or assets through fraud.

  22. Impersonation
Do not impersonate other players, staff, or characters without a valid RP reason.

  23. Robbing
All robberies must be grounded in strong roleplay reasons — looting purely for personal gain is not acceptable. Refrain from unnecessary pocket wiping, and do not target NHS personnel or their vehicles under any circumstances. Police may only be robbed when it aligns with a realistic RP narrative. Taking issued weapons or evidence is allowed only if at least 5 officers are on duty, and interactions should always consider the quality of RP for everyone involved.

Additionally, avoid seizing essential personal items such as phones, wallets, or ID unless it's justified within the story. Always consider the context of what you’re taking and how it affects the other player’s journey — for example, robbing a few thousand dollars from someone struggling financially while you sit on a large bank balance adds no value to your progression and may ruin theirs.

  24. Robbing Whilst Dead
You may not rob players who are dead or incapacitated.

  25. Corruption
Corrupt RP (e.g., bribery, abuse of power) by police or public officials is not allowed.

Gang Rules

  1. Gang Creation Requirements
You must have purchased a gang package to start a gang. You must have a minimum of 3 members to start a gang. The maximum number of members in a gang is limited to 10.

  2. Gang Conduct
Gang members must adhere to the following conduct standards: Maintain respect for other players, both within and outside your gang. Engage in roleplay that reflects your gang's identity and purpose. Avoid initiating unnecessary violence or disrupting other players' roleplay experiences. Respect the hierarchy of your gang and follow orders from higher-ranking members. Never metagame or powergame using gang information or resources. Any conflict between gangs should be resolved through roleplay, not by breaking server rules.

  3. Gang Appearance
Guidelines for maintaining a consistent and recognisable appearance for gang members:
    • All gang members must maintain a consistent and recognisable appearance to ensure clear identification.
    • Designated gang colours must be worn, with at least one visible piece of gang attire during any criminal activities.

  4. Punishments and Gang Strikes
Consequences for rule violations and expectations for gang leadership:
    • The leader is fully responsible for their gang and its members. Recruiting irresponsible members is at their own risk.
    • If a gang member repeatedly breaks rules, a gang strike will be issued.
    • Gang strikes are final and cannot be appealed.
    • Upon receiving 3 strikes, a gang will be disbanded.
    • Strikes may be removed at staff discretion for good behaviour over time.
    • If a gang is disbanded for rule violations, no refunds will be given for any gang-related purchases.

    Possible Punishments:
    • Verbal or written warnings
    • Fines (in-game currency)
    • Temporary or permanent bans from the server
    • Gang strikes
    • Gang disbandment
